For session rescheduling:

We appreciate 48-hour notice for rescheduling sessions. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 6 months of the original sessions date. Any time after this the session will have expired and will be non-refundable.

All payments for scheduled session that are rescheduled will be converted into credits that will be used for future sessions.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

We appreciate a 48-hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled session, and your payment will be saved for your next session that works best for you.

If service is cancelled under 24 hours, your session will then be non-refundable.

Refunds will only be converted into credits to be used for future sessions.
